Take me away; Apologies, Glances, Messed Up Chances.
![]() I've been quite fail at blogging these few days. The title of this post changed from Take me Away to Are you Worth the fight to Apologies, Glances, Messed Up Chances to this and has been left hanging since Wednesday. When it boils down to specific. I think it's very sad for people like Chee An. Like he was the president of his club which shows that he should have the potential of handling a leadership position but he changed so much that I don't even know him anymore. It's kinda sad because if it's due to the influence of a particular someone over him, he really did screw his character upside down. I really don't know what happened between them but I really hope nothing will go wrong with him. I think Mrs Loh favours An Hua because she's afraid that his the quiet kind and yet still can work. Probably, preventing the same thing from happening again. Still, makes me think are we all that unable to get over the 'I favour at least someone mentality'. Jia An almost landed me up in the hospital. Sometimes, I feel so much like strangling him. 0 optimist, 100 pessimist. Though I would say I'm any better, but I think no matter what still much better than him. You can throw him a 100 arguments (and I think we actually did) and he still continues to find another reason to rebut it. I'm tired, really, all the while since June camp, I've been telling him stuff and he doesn't seem to be performing up to expectations. I don't know what more I can do to help him anymore. I hope his worth my Lit essay and GP AQ. I Pretty much okay with the rest. I think Tim still thinks he has a chance with the EXCO. I really feel like kicking him out, though I think it should be left to the next stressed up president to do it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Gym + Bathing + Lit Essay + blueslip + PassionAC + Standing at the lights console = dead. It's been a tiring day/week. I want someone to share my secrets with, someone to talk to late at night when I can’t sleep, someone who feels comfortable around my family, someone to comfort me when I’m scared, to be there when I’m sad, someone who doesn’t need to say that she loves me for me to know it’s true. Yesterday was in one heck of a time trying to tell myself to get over you and not get so distracted. Glances, looks, messed up chances. I don't know what's right and wrong anymore. "Wq, should we speed walk?" -brisk walks- "There's something there!" -points to patch of darkness- -Screams and scratches- I think I deserve it. But still, it was like night walk part 2 lolol. Only difference was she was holding on to my arm instead of my shirt so tightly this time. Last year, night walk was so so exciting cause of her screaming and what nots lolol. Which makes me think. I want the girl that I liked to hold on to me tightly when she's scared and don't know what to do and not shaft me away. AF was blabbering nonsense about marriage and made me think about it. I think I'll never get married either. I mean I've been this passive since I don't know when. Don't know if it was because of what happened. At this rate I'm going, I really don't know where I'm going ): If you have to try and convince yourself that you don’t care about someone, you probably care about them more than you realize it.So screw it, tell me what should I do. Sometimes, you don't know whether you should fight, but you know at least someone's by your side. Labels: MRC |

The selfish side of me.
Deep raw feelings tonight.
Because thinking about it tonight makes me not able to sleep, so I decided to wake up to post my thoughts before attempting to sleep again. Today, Cheryl asked why did I want to quit MRC initially, I thought for it for an hour just now and realise I really couldn't sleep with everything just going round and round. For one, I wasn't in exco. It was as though a slap in my face telling me my current level of commitments wasn't even enough to put me on the main comm, as good as saying whatever I've been doing isn't recognised and what's the point if I put in even my all for the next few months to come. That's when I really thought I lost my passion for what I was doing, partly because I was expecting something in return and that something never came. If you question my commitment, you're questioning the whole of my character, you're better off killing me. Two days before the handover, I overheard something I shouldn't hear because I was lying down on the sofa and seemingly no one seems to realise I was there and conversations just took place. I also received news that made me quiet for the whole day. The fact that they'd rather combine Treasurer and Welfare rep with another role than making me one, reason being because it wasn't needed, akin to saying I wasn't needed. It was so bad that even when my friend who knew about it tried to cheer me up for the whole day, it didn't help, even if it means to say we're in this together because we've got nothing to our name. Behind the scenes, people were fighting for me, only I were this touched that I cried in the room and became closer to these people. That's why I never blamed Mohd for always dumping loads of shitty work on me, at least I knew he appreciated what I've done, but recently, it's becoming unbearable and I just try my best to avoid him. Thirdly, if I were to be a normal member, I'd better off a normal member somewhere else. The options to other CCA were still open, like I could possibly go back to SGC and fully devote my time to it since I've learnt basic bidding before, at least there was a chance for me to play in competitions or I could have gone back to my old trade, Robotics because I see no reason why they would reject someone whose ever gotten an excellence award in World Robotics Olympaid with ready programming skills. Or I could have gone into frisbee where I just play my life away, even though training would have been tough, at least it pays off physically. If I couldn't stand RFT's face, I would be long gone. But I guess what kept me in MRC were... bffs to a certain extent. Maybe for a start, they were probably the only ones who'd noticed I was really upset and actually bothered to ask and comfort me initially? For the most part of it, I guess, it was because I got closer to Guin and somehow, that kept me going in the CCA because I thought it was the only way I could possibly see her every now and then. She quit theatre in a spur of a moment and I only realised later that she belonged to the stage not the backstage. Maybe it all shouldn't have turned out this way and so we don't even talk anymore then. I still vividly remember Jas asking me whether is it that hard to have passion for MRC during the Nov camp. After I've gone through the things before, I've come to believe that passion is actually nothing compared to what I've been through. I can have passion but if disappointment kicks in over and over again, there's nothing pulling you back, the rubber band will snap. Maybe that's why I was so devastated because there weren't any other reasons to stay on now that bffs were a thing of the past and that people do drift when you don't make a conserted effort to keep friendships going. I've came to yet another crossroad of very indecisive paths. I think I have a very good memory for things that happen to me. I could like remember almost every little details of events or at least those milestones in my life. Maybe if RFT had became the president instead, I wouldn't be so worried and might have really left then. Major events upon major events, I gave myself another reason to stay. The thought that lingers 'Just one more.','I'd be gone after Seniors' Night.' Before I knew, orientation came and it was all too late. Somehow, my promotion always felt as though it was a substitute for RFT, only because he was gone, then there was a chance to fill in the gap, I think possibly he saw me as a threat and that's why deleted me off his facebook. The least I could do in my position is perhaps to prevent another 'me' in the j1s to the best of my abilities. If I didn't stay, what would have been a crew of 6? Sometimes just thinking of it is so overwhelming and makes it hard for tears not to fall, after all, no one will see your tear streaked face in the dark. Labels: MRC |

Someone like you.
Today's chapel was crazy. Stoning j1s, failed tv, phantom at work, insane number of ports, a sense of nostalgic helplessness. Oh yes not to forget, I think I'm known as the crazy guy who went around shouting in backstage. I spent half the time shouting into the walkie with all the cf people staring at me, only to realise in the end that the antenna is spoilt despite it looking perfectly intact. Like where's the antennas that you long promised since FOR? Feeling more than a little angst, I actually attempted to scold the 2 backstage J1s, but ended up just talking to them online and thru sms. One feeling touchy, the other seemingly more hopeful. I think I'm such a failed senior sometimes.
-ANGST ANGST- On a side note, despite all the failed attempts to fulfill my duties, I like the chapel band today, at least from the backstage POV. From the keyboard to the grand piano to the violin to the drums = ♥ I think I'm a melody kind of person along with drums :D I can't appreciate most electric guitars actually. I think what my ft said to me really hit me hard. Even though for most of the time, he talks like a gangster, what he said is really true, I haven't been managing CCA and school work well. Whether if I did meet my cca teacher during PTD, he/she will take away the badge, which brings me to wonder if I'm really capable and up to the job, at least managing a good balance between my school work and CCA. I think I've been toning down a lot recently, in terms of CCA and I feel rather bad as though all the passion in me just died overnight. My GP teacher was talking about how teens have this idealistic idea of love and how maybe signing a 10 year marriage contract isn't that bad an idea and how you can renew the contract 10 years later if you're still feeling okay with the marriage or simply just break off if anything happens. I think it became a joke gradually and became suggestive of how certain people's contract would definitely only last 2 years. Well, it's kind of true that I constantly compares the idealistic kind of love with what I might actually be experiencing (because I realised after all what I went through may not exactly be well, love.) which leads me to thinking that I must find a way to perfect this, or at least try to make it as close to perfection as possible. Maybe, that's why I'm so tired of all these. Despite getting all those emotional train wrecks, I still feel as though it's all worth it. When the stars explode, And I'm all alone. |

Here comes the feeling you thought you'd forgotten.
I finally had time to do up another blogskin during the holidays because I kind of got sick of the slightly more than pixelated wedding scene and the song starts to get on my nerve to the point I had to pause it whenever I tried to see how my post look on the real thing. I think my new blogskin is a bit weird (or more than a little) because it seems rather disconnected/disjoint whatever. The arrows were supposed to kind of show my incoherent thoughts at night because of the what doesn't really seem like a moon there. There's this red brush that looks like love on wings kind of thing and the rest were like music and lyrics. I guess those were the more common stuff I do at night staying online, my train of thoughts etc. I guess it suits my blog because most of my posts are written at night. I think blogs should express who you really are instead of trying to make it look nice. That's me I guess. But the coding was mainly copied from the old skin with some major cutting off of people's code for the block quote thing. It was kind of crazy to put everything together in one day and that's how I ended up sleeping at 1am with MRC camp waiting for me the next day.
MRC camp is the bomb. It can be summarised in first hand experience at teaching, massive being still for an hour straight, epic MRC song (live) performance, instant noodles @ 12am, 1am train of thoughts, htht♥ till 4am, epic fail at slicing wires, keep bleeding love, super neat coils by Michael and dam fail answers during debrief. Non-stop teaching makes me realize that I'm not suitable to be a teacher because I run out of breath easily. Seriously, I don't know what I'm going to be in the future, like what am I going to do. Even though I once had an ambition but it doesn't seem that it should be the path I should take. During night games I was staring at this star until it moved out of my sight, then I started thinking about stuff, like how I should be getting over some stuff and honestly nothing will happen and we just don't fit. Been listening to a whole album of Anberlin songs and even after like 20 songs went by I still didn't see anyone sigh. And seriously their songs are good when you're in the mood to sit and just emo about stuff. Like..
Like sigh, why every subtle thing screams your name. And when I was younger, I never like any songs with drums. Somehow, coming to this school makes me appreciate drums more. Maybe it's because we learn slightly more and it's after all not just an noise inducing instrument. 1am highness thanks to instant noodles leads to htht/bitchings/anxiety/helplessness/analysis till 4am. I wish tonight never end. Sometimes I wish I could break the hands of time. FOR was well epic fail at trying to make the connector for the amp, but ended up slicing myself with the scissors going right through my flesh. And I think bleeding love is apt, but is not a that nice song even though it's catchy. Because the feeling of keep bleeding is just horrible. It feels weird having blood keep flowing out under the tap. I think generally people should stop being nice to me because somehow at the end I'm such a horrible person that I don't deserve such treatment. People treat you nicely but sometimes, you don't know how to reciprocate it and ends up making it worse. I don't know how to further elaborate on this. That was camp for me at least. I'm starting to hate my parents. They don't seem to understand what I'm facing, in my life or even in school. I don't know how to put certain points across in fear that I might just get shot down like this. But face it everyone knows that no matter how much you hate your parents, you know you'll miss them when they are gone. Yesterday, finally had time to go out. We went to dwee's house for mahjong and subsequently went to Sakae to satisfy my cravings for sushi :D But I guess soon after we swore we'd never touch sushi for another month at least I guess. Hahaha, oh yes if the chips that we won in mahjong is converted into cash, I think I could have gotten a free cup of green tea at Sakae :D And rounded food pyramid HAHAHAHAH. Many many more jokes! Shucks, I'm starting to miss them when school is starting real soon and everyone's gonna be busy all over again. I realized it's very hard to have a close friendship between members of the opposite sex because you don't know when is the distinct line to stop. There just isn't indicators to tell one when to stop having concern for the other and because of this often it goes... out of control. I cannot afford to well.. let the same thing happen to me again I guess. We can’t waste too much time missing something or someone from the past. We accept that life’s never constant; things change and people grow apart. Yet we can’t stop thinking about how good it used to be; afraid that we’d never experience it again, afraid that we’ve already lived it and lost it. No, I'm not missing anything from the past. But I'm missing something from the present. I walked by and realized that familiar smell and the slight turn of the head, thinking that the comforting shadow was around. But I was wrong. And here comes the same kind of feeling you thought you'd long lost and forgotten, reflected upon another rather than the person of the past. |

The First One.
Orientation finally ended. Thank god-_-" I've been so exhausted from all the running, carrying speakers, Saigang ttm, ductaping and stand alone at the mixer. Yay, all these no more. I slept for 12+4hours on Saturday. Technically not all on Saturday but, wells. I knocked out at arnd 12am and woke up at 12pm, ate lunch and went back to sleep till 5pm. Wells, I feel like a pig recently because all I seem to do is to eat and sleep, and the cycle repeats itself. You know I've been surviving on this tube of spray thingy that kind of relieves muscle aches. Every night before I sleep, it becomes a habit to spray it all over my back etc. Sigh I don't wanna be a pig D:
Campfire night was a blast. The video was good, considering I'm actually seeing it for the first time. Projector breakdowns are officially the bane of MRC's life. Yes, screw it, upside down, downside up. Things have been breaking down recently, very often, well and that includes people, including myself. T.T It must have been due to a lack of constant maintenance. And we need to learn how to toggle Acer laptops. My light skills suck officially, it was rather off beat I realised when I saw a video of the ACSian theatre dance. Ahh shucks. D; I'm crossing my fingers that on Mon when we check the inventory that the wireless are safe and sound D: But the mass free dance was like official clubbing in a school setting, never before. It's like breaking the rules officially. But kinda wasted because it was cut short. After all the lights spamming, my hand was numb, kinda and I'm in this 'this is it, orientation ended' kind of daze mode. On the way home was epic. I wanted to take the mrt but since cab was paid for and it was on the way. And so while waiting.. The taxi stopped at the ogls in front of us. "Fuck, fuck fuck." "Fuck them man." "Screw themmmmmm!" Seriously, you should see the anguish in our faces. And on the verge of murdering some people, with the cute way of scolding vulgarities. So after 45minutes of waiting for a cab (which I could have went home and have a bath, probably lazing around in my bed waiting for my hair to dry), we finally got a cab. Lesson learnt, never take cab when oblivious people are obviously not looking in front. Of cause, a certain individual ditched the project. We survived. We were lucky this time, I don't know if we will be the next time it happens again. Looks like the video inventory's gonna be thrown back to us at this rate it's going after everything went in a chaotic, it's in a mess after orientation. Running away from everything, what a great idea. Maybe I should just go hiatus also -.- Then I don't have to face so many events, j1s coming in, inventory which is pretty much in a messed and goes like I have no idea there's supposed to be 13 condensers in the hall panic kind of mood. Seriously, we need to figure out something. Besides that, I'm not only panicking because of the inventory we've got to do. I'm actually panicking, not knowing what to do with well, some people. Sigh, they give me headache, heartache and what nots. Many a time, I tell myself that it actually doesn't really matter, but in the end only realises that it actually matters, because I've still got a heart for others. Maybe turning into a cold hard unfeeling person would help a lot in such a setting. I've been looking through my facebook tagged photos. And I realised I've been smiling in almost every single of the photos. haha, shucks I should really smile more :DDDD Better now than I was before, But I miss you and I want you to know, I can't sleep, It's hard to breathe and I still feel you next to me. And I can see. The first one is the worst one, When it comes to a broken heart. Labels: Boys Like Girls, Care, MRC |

My Happy Ending.
Orientation gets more and more screwed up as the days go by. And of course don't mention the additional workload of the screwed up hall system out of no where in the middle of orientation. Early in the morning..
We changed all the auxs and the phono heads to speakon, placed the fin in the aircon control room, lay RGB cable from the fucking cage all the way down to the middle of the stage and finally ductape every single inch of wires seen on earth. Of course there were hidden extra work when things start to not work like speakon heads running out and things no where to be found, making me half dead by half day. "Why are we the only ones doing this?" "No shit, IDC, I'm going on MIA after lunch." *growls* "I hear my stomach growling." End up, we still went to film but this time with just one camera since most of the footages I take will get deleted anyways. Like seriously, it has come to a point when we don't see the reason to film anymore. And I don't know how much of the video has been done but I'm guessing tension will go on sky high the next few days to come. And I get so pissed off at myself for pressing that lock button on the projector. Well, on a side note, this is one of the times when you don't want to act like nothing's wrong but actually have to act like nothing's wrong. My class's epic.. "What you all doing? After school already still here?" "Hunting.." "... Right.. Till what time?" "4.30" Well, can you believe it. Hunting. That's what my class guys were doing. I guess that's what happen when you get a lot of single guys in your class. -gasp- Then again, I thought the girl caught my eye. No not the girl, the dance-.- Yeah, it's like the first time I saw her dance that part, it's like wow, even though I don't really agree she's that pretty. Hmm yeah, but the dance was awesome. And she made me wanna learn how to dance the orientation dance (and I actually did, esp that part). And then I went on to wonder why you took the words out of my mouth, then I remembered we were BFFs (Not that we aren't but at least to you we aren't) and maybe that's why. Maybe that's why we were BFFs, that's cause you understood me and stood by me. But then, that was then. Let's talk this over, It's not like we're dead, Was it something I did? Or was it something you said? Don't leave me hanging, In a city so dead Held up so high, I'm such a breakable threat. So much for my Happy Ending. |

When you came into my life ♥
When MRC comes in useful at home wahahaha. Why did I keep thinking of quitting all along? Yes I connected my video player and DVD player with that :DD Chalet was a blast ♥. Met Joel & gang at Jurong East MRT along with that box of stuff. Apparently, there were !@#$% shuttle buses, so I couldn't figure out which one to take. So we took the bus to IMM. On the bus: What's that?? Our gift arhh?? Wahh so nice what's this? Photo frame? Each of us one photo?? Omg,I was like shit, what do you expect me to say? So we entered with Joel starting to invade the mahjong table with his professional mahjong theories. Hahaha, all the j1s were chased away to start the fire and cook. Thanks Jas for the fire :D Haha, I honestly don't really know how to set up a fire. As in I've never done it alone before. And I was about to say my home econs teacher once said you should cook the food with the heat not the fire, so you should fan out the fire when the first chicken wing landed right on the fire. Then I thought might as well LOL. So cheryl, Jas and I bbq-ed, along with Marcus's advice at certain point in time. Not to forget our dear food tester, Joel and Randall the Marshmellow/corn poker. Stomachache anyone? hahahaha. Shit man, what happened to Fairfield brothers??! hahaha. Half way thru the bbq, YL: ZH! Why you smiling like a rabbit?! Hahah, YL, remember this!!:x So after bbq was talk with Mr Yap and seniors! From disgusting bed bugs to A level results and army. The first realisation when the first drop of water lands on your head hahahaha. Very tempted to travel after A levels though. It sounds quite fun. But let's just pray we won't celebrate our post A-levels chalet in Tekong! hahaha. Yes, dwee, better work hard -hint hint-. Though the other side sounded much more scandalous and exciting, but it's hard to get a chance to spend time with the j2s D: Anways, after which, we mahjong-ed from 10pm till 6am. Sounds like night shift working hours eh?hahaha. It was crazy with YL zi-highing over mahjong and sigh-ing because I kept throwing useless tiles to her :x And not to forget epic -stand on the chair- when a lizard appeared at the corner of the fridge. In the middle of the night: *boils hot water*, ZH you're the only guy awake! So you must go 烫死它! And halfway holding the boiling kettle of water, a what seemingly bird making some weird noises. OMG! Got bird underneath the fridge!! *Continues to sigh* Why kill innocent lives T-T. They don't even harm you in anyway. Knocked out at 6. Woke up at 10:30. Lunch at PL ♥. Still half awake. Went home, determined to do my homework. Feeling as though the last night was nothing, I thought I could do something. Just when I think of that, *lies on my bed*. Knocked out straight till 8pm. D: Tomorrow's school. Yep. I'm quite glad school isn't starting on 2nd Jan as any other years would have, with the exception of last year:D It gives me time to prepare myself mentally for a brand new year ahead. I always start off the year determined to do things well, put things in place or what nots. But always end up making my whole life so claustrophobic as time goes by. I'm tired, really. Sigh, tell me about it, because I don't know what you're thinking and I don't have the courage to do anything. Shitttttt, homework frenzyyyyyyy! And did I mention? I went for fortune telling because it was free when you charge to OCBC card. It was rather spot on though. Somehow, it's rather creepy how the fortune teller knows me more than myself. I'm the extreme, I could love you till the world ends, or I could hate you to the core. Mum, be careful hahahah. Looking for someone of opposing personality D: I was supposed to get 7 hours of sleep by sleeping at 10. Sigh but it's 11:18 now. So, Toodles! Hahaha, I can so imagine Matthew doing this. But it's so awesome haha. The person who thought of it must be really sick. Love sick.這一年,我哭過,笑過, 開心過, 失望過,只求新的一年更加美好,我就滿足了=] Did I mention? I realised a few days back, I just realised I've been listening to just BLG's Two Is Better Than One without Taylor D: No wonder it sounded so weird haha. I wanna go their concert D: But there's school T-T Boys Like Girls Ft Taylor Swift - Two Is Better Than One. 'cause everything you do and words you say You know that it all takes my breath away And now i'm left with nothing Labels: Boys Like Girls, Chalet, MRC, PL, School, Two Is Better Than One |

I didn't mean it...
My back is hurting again. Like on and off, on and off. It makes me can't sleep, can't get myself together, just not myself. It caused my insomnia even though i'm beat tired and i can't do anything but lie in my bed and stone, when i said stone i meant, silence throughout for an hour or so, w/o any thoughts in mind. It's torturing.
Yesterday had MRC dinner, which is kinda of disappointing but i just don't wanna say anything. But if i could describe my roller coaster mood while trying to get everyone to come for the thing, it's actually a -(x^3) curve. If you dunno why, plot it on your GC. On a happier note, i hoped the birthday girl actually enjoyed it. And i think the seemingly always stoning Nicholas actually unstoned himself during the dinner. Oh wells, all the comments ;x Though interestingly enough it actually made everyone laugh. There's this argument about caramel. "Caramel's burnt sugar.." "So what? Ask the waiter 'Can i have some burnt sugar as toppings please?'" Made me rofl lmao. And please ice cream don't go well with water. Never ever try to add water in an attempt to dilute the ice cream lol. It'll just end up like diluted syrup, with the sick chocolate fudge still sticking to the edges of the cup (if any). Oh wells, point is water don't go well with ice cream. After that, we went to Starbucks. 7 ppl 2 drinks 1 hour. Talked over anything and everything. And drink spilled all over the table.. -cough cough- There's a reason why i stayed away from the table -cough cough- I didn't mean to not be myself, or maybe to other people i were. I've no more energy to care about anything else other than myself already, at least my back. Many a times i felt like just lying down on the table, but no, i'm not gonna spoil the day. I'm tired, i'm worn out, after i reached home i only could just lie down and not do anything, when i actually promised myself that i would study for terms that night. I can't help it i guess.. Anyway, Happy Birthday Jas :D Hope you erm liked the present and the outing(: Like is such an intangible thing. It's beyond words to describe it and sometimes i really can't help but feel it this way. I don't know what to say. More like when to say. Nothing i can do, nothing i can say, even if i do feel something for somebody... Even if.. i wanna do/say something, i guess it's nearing impossibility. At least for now. It's the little beats of the heart, that makes up the heartbeat. If only that meant it's only the little bits of effort, that makes up what you call love. This is the last night you'll spend alone Labels: MRC |

I'm not only drained.
I'm feeling drained even as this holiday starts to unfold.. Any amount of sleep doesn't seem to be helping at all. Maybe it's because it's always been like this that i would just be tired. It's not only physically that i'm feeling tired, but also mentally, recalling what i've been doing for the past days.
Wednesday has been preoccupied with teaching Leona about the chapel set up. Apparently time isn't on our side, so we couldn't teach her the LT system, which actually i also forgot about the diagram>_> But that's that. Everyone's gloomy for one reason or another, including myself. The reason.. is however, meant to be unspoken. But i doubt anyone'd figure out who made who angry and stuff. Thrusday, had captain's ball with the whole class. Yay for no training for 1hr 20min pe-___- It's tiring, okay? But instead we had fun i guess. Nick was like "Zhi hua are you ready to own?" Then i was like "yeah, are you ready to sweat?" LOL, cause i think they zao PE class so ended up our PE teacher said all girls go out sit down if Nick and Ben dun sweat, we'll all run around the track 10 times.. Ended up a good game i guess. Looking forward to class outing if there's even one.. Taught Leona about the request form so one more person can share the load i guess.. Actually everyone knows how to do, but it's a matter whether they want to.. Friday, had to run around during my break to entertain some SMC guy. Soon after i sat down in Economics lecture, the lecturer decided to call MRC with that straight face and i'm like kinda of pissed off at her cause she doesn't seem to show any signs of gratitude towards us for helping her to solve the problem, how unfriendly.. And i guess i've been fantasizing too much, some thoughts are just not meant to be mentioned XD Had to give up LAN so that i can actually teach the SMC person how to erm operate a stage bass-__-" Ahh there goes my only chance to bond with the guys in the class. But wells, ZL offered to help me but yeah it's my responsibility, so i guess i will just have to do it. And i think i'm pretty drained from like trying to make this call a team. I mean sometimes, 100% input doesn't necessary have to result in 100% output. I'm like so disappointed in whatever someone has said. I mean it's not like i'd like doing all these stuff on my own. It's like i dunno i've been trying very hard really to make everyone come together, but if all i get is some criticism, i guess it's all so not worth it. And i'm feeling drained. Maybe i shouldn't have cared at all. Like really.. I give up trying. Saturday, the event was like EPIC... failure!hahahaha. I bet for a while it looks EPIC (: haha, we suppose to take 2 hr shifts in 1 hr block each. So i belonged to the PC & gang hahahah. The 2 hr shift we took was like /afk inside the cage one hahaha cause they're either marking the participants booth i think, either that or they are actually preparing for the event so yeah, I DIDN'T EVEN GET TO TOUCH THE MIXER/L.CONSOLE XD Orh wells, it isn't such a bad thing after all right?hahah. I think i kinda of understood how the splitter works already, such a failure ehh, after so long then managed to realise how it works.-.-" So during the event, J was like playing with dry ice, have their ice age adventure, along with engineer R who decided to create a ground zero LOL. And designer Kenneth haha trying to make out the shape of the dry ice. They looked as if they had deprived childhoods :D But at least i'm pretty amused by their erm how should i say, childhood?:x And thanks for the delicious lunch provided by i dunno who XD, it wasn't meant to be ours anyway. When you're full, blood just flows to your stomach and your brain will seem to malfunction)): I realised PC's job is quite sad, i mean srsly. And well, after the event was what story telling?i guess LOL. All the quizzes and stuff further pushed our minds to ground zero ;x And then there was this woohaa about disturbing sex change and the most painless and fastest way to suicide.. Omg just what are MRC ppl thinking, killing themselves arh?>_> I guess i learnt something new today. On the way home, was like quiet. Like nobody actually talked, apart from J who never seem to be able to stop talking for a moment, even if it's nonsensical.. And he took a bus for i dunno what reason along with beatrice and diana..o.o But yw and me decided to walk to the mrt. Cause it's like a cool night please(: I love cool night walks :D So when we reached the station, J actually started bullshitting about how by smiling it brightens up people's lives :x He emphasised on the people part>_> Ahh wells, it was damn funny, cause my train came, but he suddenly "Zhi Hua dun go omg dun go" and he starts kneeling down, i was like okok zomg stand up i won't go.. LOL.. And he went on with his Mr Goh's first lesson to smiling.. And he said he gonna teach me the 2nd lesson if got time hahah JOKE TTM. That's for the exciting last week of school i guess. Exciting and yet disappointing, but rest is on the way i guess. Now i'm here with you Labels: MRC |

It's like i've tried my best...
Sat've been spent half day in school. We did like the History Essay Event, or whatever it's being called (cause i'm feeling super tired now and wq wants me to update). So yeah, in between no one was needed exactly to tend the event.. And so we decided to take Leon(a) to learn some morning assembly basic stuff. And i think she kinda of reminded me of myself when i first stepped into MRC i was like who what huh?-.- Especially during the March camp, it was like half the time information overload and the other half trying to figure out what my seniors were talking about.. And i must say YL was a good teacher cause the rest of the J1s doesn't seem to remember much stuff XD And so it was quite funny cause the way Leon(a) programmes the lights is like how an operator would operate a machine, like ok press this first then that and this and that..
So after that packed up and went for lunch at Tiong with Cheryl, Leon(a) and wq.. Was expecting to see PC there too but i guess we didn't after all. We talked crap for like a few hours, by crap i meant anything under the sun that doesn't seem to be productive enough haha. So it was an interesting convo from NCC guys to Movies to Cute Kanda and stupid stuff haha. After i received a phone call from my mother i just chiong-ed home cause i realised we were suppose to go out again by like 5+.. So took MRT instead of bus haha sry wq;x Anyway, so at night was dinner at JP... More like reunion dinner, cause i didn't see my cuz for like quite a long period of time due to me skipping dinners(as in i got eat but never eat with them), so yeah saw them(: And my cuz was like quarrelling with her husband. I mean it's like you walked a long way to marriage, i guess you shouldn't let a slight dispute over small stuff get in the way of your lives isn't it.. I meant there are people out there who wants to but doesn't even have a chance to be together like the two of you, so all the more i guess they should really treasure this affinity that they share between each other XD People like.. So that concludes my Sat and perhaps i would say it's burnt away just like this, but at least not in the unproductive sense whereby i either sits at my comp doing nothing or just sleeping in my bed for the day.. Thing is i really need rest D: And so with such an eventful Saturday, you wouldn't expect to have the same thing on Sunday. Sunday is of course spent doing my Econs essay, GP IL and finding EOM articles. Nothing much interesting, just that so many a times i almost wanted to sleep, but i guess i managed to make myself stay awake. Monday came like no other days would have. It was chapel in the morning, so of course the chapel set up and stuff. Made loads of mistake i guess. Doubt i need to list them all here, cause it's like quite stupid come to think of it. Was suppose to teach Leon(a) but apparently too many sticky situation popped up and so had to try and settle them. And the day, shalln't mention with the quite expected results of Chem. It's like i've been trying my best in whatever i do, but still it doesn't seem to show in terms of results. I feel so weak already, after every other thing that happened. Like i can't do anything more to help or change the situation and all i can do is sit and watch and wait? Perhaps, it's time i really start thinking about myself and stop caring about others, but still it's my nature to even do so.. I'm fully aware of it but there's just nothing else i could change not even myself. So what other things can i do for the people around me, for myself? I guess none would be the most appropriate answer at least for now. "It's the experience that matters." doesn't seem to be applicable to me anymore. Afterall, at this point in time, human relationships are perhaps the only thing i felt that matters anymore. And i can't control myself. I'm like super confused. Hoping that i'm not thinking too much into the subject matter, but what i think of and see of is the true gist of it. I'm super scare, afraid that i might just not get up again if i ever fail this time and i dunno what might possibly happen to me if i choose to follow my persistent instinct that might lead me to the nowhere. It's like i need a heart to follow cause i think i lost mine somewhere, in my train of thoughts, somewhere in my outflowing emotions pouring out at me tonight. Is it just me or is it you? I really don't know. All i know is, if we ever meant to be, we will be. I had a Dejavu that happened during the Sat event as in it came to life. I once closed my eyes. And wished that I'd see you in my dreams and now that i really do i wanna believe in it, believe in my dreams & you~ i'm just falling into something i can't stop . |

It's a rendezvous..
Yesterday, stayed back to help set up for the MP talk. Halfway through i ended up keeping an extension cord that was used for the stock market thing.-.-
After the whole thing, ZL wanted to go Sim Lim Square to buy his stuff and at the same time check out price for some MRC stuff. But apparently, when we went there everything was closed-.-" So it was BK for dinner. I shall leave all the details out since it'd prob give the wrong ideas. I realised how much effects can be added into a situation to the point when it can be blown up to a serious matter like how wq did, making something so mundane into something so.. -no comments- And pretend that you know everything Labels: MRC |

It's so not MRC day.
From morning till afternoon, somehow the MRC equipment just doesn't cooperate. e.g in the morning, the shure spoilt or something, then i guess the council nominees are quite pissed with us. And i think the yellow shure spoilt cause the speaker tapped so hard on it when he was trying to get sound out from it..-.-" How nicely done.
Next was Maths lecture, the visualizer doesn't seem to be cooperating. The whole thing turned blue, or rather it's supposed to be blue.. And somehow switching on the visualizer lights didn't help one bit. And what the shit, the other 2 -cough cough- MRC ppl didn't even bother helping me, leaving me to die alone-.-.. And the whole lecture i was like kana complained by my class people. like can't see and stuff.>_> It's not my fault. What's more someone thought of a brilliant idea and decided not to voice it out.. Proceeding on the Chemistry lecture. We had a new lecturer for thermochemistry. And on the first day that the lecturer is teaching us, LT 4 blacked out, good grief>_> Lights were out. And the worse thing as a MRC member, i don't know where the real patch panel for the projector is..-.- Then i keep pressing the one that isn't connected. Good grief.. Soon after i sat down, they decided that the LT is too hot and so i was asked to go to the GO to ask them to on ALL the aircons. Soon after i came back, i sat down. For less than 5 seconds i thought i gonna just sit through the lecture literally. But then some class decided to request for the curtains to be pushed aside so that they can see the screen. And so i'm the one DOING THE CURTAINS AGAIN. My butt seriously has no affinity with the seats.. Then it was PW, the RGB was loose. And i totally hate PW can. Though i think it's more of to help us to develop ability to come up with proposal next time and stuff but still... It isn't as interesting as other subjects. Then it was break. The tweety bird cake incident.. AD1 remember this :x Econs was kinda of crazy. Cause we're being blasted at by our tutor for 40 extra minutes of our life. I feel like just killing myself on an empty stomach. And here i am stuck, doing PW stuff, chinese online crap and figuring out econs stuff so that i can answer Cheryl's question haha. At the same time preparing for econs test next week. And oh my tmrw's PE and it means we're doing our 2.4.. RAIN PLEASE LAWL. It doesn't make a difference, i'm gonna fail it anyways. So does it matter i fail earlier or later? Prob not. Feelings just don't come overnight. |

It's time to partayeee..
Today was a long and fun day(:
My body's protesting from the lack of rest that it has and thus i've been struggling to get out of my comfortable bed. I could barely wake up every morning and thing is i haven't really been having late nights... i think i might just flunk my nypha test considering the situation now. Orh wells, nypha remedial!._. sounds stupid but yeah sadly it's the case apparently in acjc. Mrs Chan suddenly wanted to load some ppt to show some pictures in the comp but then we didn't realise it until much later.. So it's like our fault again.. Sigh, next chinese test was damn funny. We could just laugh our ass off by watching people trying to copy one another.. I mean since you all said it was exactly important and you all don't care, why even bother trying to copy from one another? Doesn't that make more sense? Anyway, i realised the MCQ wasn't as straightfoward as I may think it is, because it's like a lot of "grey answers" i would say.. Whatever it is, i'm gonna start taking it seriously though chinese lessons may be a waste of time. Then it was during this 1 hour break that i realised that our class is like divided into so many different groups. I think got like around 4-5 groups.. It's like our class is so not united. I mean we talk to them and stuff but still it's hard to go a step beyond that. And i should seriously cut down on my food intake!hahaha, i've been eating a lot recently for some strange reason and i hope i'm not growing horizontally! Must grow vertically(; After that was all the boring lecture. I basically stoned through the whole econs lecture cause my econs notes was left at the MRC room._. Cause i was doing my work the previous day in the inner room. Such bothersome, i'm lagging behind tonnes of work and it's hard when thing gets heavy on you. Finally, it was after school. And apparently, they told me don't know how many i assumed is "white" lies to get me to stay. They went like "next wed's event, WQ's in charge". Then say need meet at 4.30pm for sth.. I was like huh meet for discussion of event arh?.. Ended up we(Me and Kenneth) were asked to go to the cage to get some what Nut thing. Then we went like "What the NUT??!", then we're like freaking pissed._. After that cause Kenneth got to rush to meet someone -tsk tsk-, so we ran down only to realise they had a cake for us >< I feel so cheated LOL. All the way from the staying back to the finding of stuff to the cake. But anyway thanks MRC PPL (: I really appreciate it cause, like no one has exactly bothered to celebrate my birthday with a cake except my family.. So it's like the first?:D After that we got nothing better to do so i think we just sung the whole playlist of songs in the MAC comp hahaha, oh and i meant those off duty people like WQ and Cheryl along with the 2 jokers (: Along with some failed art pieces on the board. I think that sums up pretty much of our entertainment in the room.. After that we acted like spies trying to get our cakes sneaked up to the cage for the people on duty hahaha. It was damn funny :x so for dinner, we had erm pizza, and there was special orders of POKKA GREEN TEA for a certain individual.. hahaha. Apparently, ended up this person finds that POKKA GREEN TEA is not his cup of tea, so this person opted for Coke instead._. -hint hint- hahaha nah was just a joke, don't take it too seriously, if not i would feel so guilty..hahah. And i realised, i haven't been so high ever since i last remember myself being myself... Thanks MRC so much (: Really ♥ the people in it. It makes cca so fulfilling and life so colourful, yet at the same time i found myself, cause i realised i lost it long ago. ♥MRC :D Labels: MRC |

25th Feb 2009
It's Cross country today at Bishan Park. I've no idea where it is since i took a bus there.. Anyway it was supposed to be our first outdoor event that we were suppose to do. Loading and unloading the stuff x 4-.-... Up and down the lorry. And it bloody hell rained on us =___= So we got to shelter the equipments with umbrellas, i wasn't doing any sheltering until the ending part>.< The whole field basically flooded. Whatever it is, we were drenched, and i strained my musckles (According to Janice ;x). Then living in pain for the next few days.
What a memorable First MRC event. Labels: MRC |
